I first joined the Tribridges chess club when I was 6 years old, and though many things have changed since then, I’ve always enjoyed the calm and friendly atmosphere that could always be found. The Tribridges chess club gives a place not only to play chess, but a place to hang out with friends and a welcoming community. It also provides many opportunities, such as teaching, tournament directing, and writing book reviews for magazines. In the chess club, there is usually a spot for everyone, no matter who you are.
